Lagging bad!!!
Lags a lot! It's not my phone, not my service, it's Bet365. It's ppl on Twitter and discords who say the same thing. They constantly ask you to take wager risk surveys but constantly send you bet promo notifications. It always freezes. Cash out is INSTANT which I love!!! Fix the lagging, stop bothering me them I'm wagering "small bets" add a few more markets (like FanDuel have) and they will be a decent sportsbook. No deposit match or bonus. They need a point/reward system. Not really any perks. No bonus bets just because like other books. They reduced the payout on their o/u game.

Cash out options
You guys cash out options are terrible. When I've been able to cash out on some of my bets with the highest odds bet checked off and one more might be open the odds will be less than half of the payout! That needs to change! Example: if I have a 3 leg and I have 2 checked off one for 700 odds and another for 575 odds but the last 1 open is for 280 odds and my payout is worth $1880 my cashout options shouldn't be $168!!! It should be more than half of the payout at least! Or half! This needs to change.
