This is a great casino when it comes to customer support in the event something goes awry!

Terrible app. Even worse support
Won’t verify my location even though I’m 30 miles from the state border. Support claimed to send verification texts that repeatedly didn’t come through, so instead demanded I give personal info to verify my identity. On an app that I’ve already uploaded my id to and provided banking details, which I was logged into using 2fa. Complete joke. I’ll use one of the other ten approved sportsbooks that I’ve never had this type of issue with and all have a better GUI experience.

If I could give this at 10 stars I would! I highly recommend it. They have a great selection of slots and table games and constantly adding new ones. The bonuses are actually worth getting and you don’t have to wait forever to get one. Deposits and withdrawals are very fast and easy. By far my favorite app to play.

I live in Michigan, and I have downloaded every casino app imaginable that is available in my state, and bet rivers is by far the best. Not only do they have a very good selection on games and I have high win rates, they have an amazing loyalty system, as well as almost daily live streams on Facebook where you can watch the live and enter their giveaways, or any other rewards they give throughout the week. For example, a few weeks ago they were live streaming on Facebook and doing a win match giveaway, meaning you win what the streamer wins, and I ended up being selected as a winner and got $320 in casino credits. Another reason I love Betrivers is because when they give you offers like these casino credits or any deposit match offer it’s only a one time play through, which is amazing. On other apps like Caesars you have to play through your winnings 10 times to even be able to withdraw anything which is outrageous. Betrivers is the most fair, fun and inclusive casino I have ever tried and I would recommend it to anyone.

Unusable due to lag
I really want to love this app because BetRivers has solid promos. However, the app constantly struggles to load and freezes up on me to the point where I’ll go days without being able to place bets much less get past the home screen. My other sportsbook apps run perfectly fine at the exact same time on the same Wi-Fi/cellular connection, so it’s definitely a BetRivers optimization issue. Also, the prop bet availability is slightly limited compared to competitors. I haven’t withdrawn my balance I want to give it a chance and I keep trying to use the app, but now I can’t even withdraw my funds. If I get lucky enough and get past the loading screen one of these days, I’ll definitely be withdrawing and deleting the app for good.
