Poor app in general
Poor app and poor overall provider. No cash out like other providers and lack of in depth player / team stats during matches. Bets do not update as games progress either. Betbuilders for example will not show winning legs of the bet as progressing through the match. App deleted within a week.

Free bets
Such a scam. The free bets you receive aren’t like the free bets on any other betting website, you have to bet using 3/1 odds and more than 4 legs etc. The accumulator free bets doesn’t even work, I met all their requirements and they aren’t giving me the option to do a free bet.

Don’t pay out
Horrific…I placed a bet for £10 being enticed by their free bet offer, my horse won and I was due to be paid out approx £40 I then needed to verify my account sent all documents as requested, I have sent approx 15 emails, been in the chat numerous times, they have confirmed they have all my documents but won’t verify. I have emailed a complaint and asked for a complaint reference number and got nothing, they are aware of me as I have had the odd response saying they will verify the account and never do…so frustrating and would advise to avoid Update 13/7/26 I received a response to this review and was advised to contact the support team, I have done this on 17 occasions and still had no response. I then received an email saying I need to update my payment info to receive my withdrawal…the account is still locked how would you like me to do update the information!!? Also you took the money easily enough for the bet why can’t you pay out with the same method?!

lag and server crashes
love the app and the layout however its extremely laggy and often crashes or doesnt let you log in (makes you miss out on bets) needs fixing and it could be top teir

Worst experience ever - avoid at all costs
My experience with Betway was the worst ever. After winning bets you won't be able to withdraw your money via any payment method. Been waiting more than 72 hours just to get a basic withdrawal processed. Their customer service is completely unhelpful. Stay away from this site.
