Casumo's most important fact is one it does not advertise: the company that built it no longer holds the UK licence. The Gambling Commission's register shows Casumo Services Limited surrendered every one of its UK licences on 3 November 2023, and that casumo.com is now operated for UK players by Recro Limited under licence 061549-R-336718-002 — casino from December 2023, betting from April 2023. For a UK player nothing visible changes, but the entity you are contracting with, and the one the Commission would act against, is Recro, not Casumo.

The product itself is the App Store's summary in three words: live casino, slots and Plinko. The iOS app is listed under Casumo Services Ltd with a 4.0 rating from 618 reviews on the Canadian storefront, and the six reviews quoted on this page lean the same way — four of the five App Store reviews are five stars and "user-friendly interface" is the most-cited positive, named by four of them. The one-star review from November 2025 calls the app unreliable, and "account verification issues" and "complex withdrawal process" appear once each among the cons.

Casumo is not available everywhere it once was. From Australia, every casumo.com page — the about page, the terms, the FAQ — redirects to a "restricted" landing page rather than loading, so a would-be player there cannot even read the terms.
