No Boosts
Very easy to use and a great interface, fancash is also very good. I get disappointed though that every time I log in there are no boosts available. They’ll give you a ton during a big event but then absolutely nothing every other day

Misleading promotions, poor customer support
Watch out for what looks like great promotions for new customers at first glance. I had a bad experience with the « $1000 fancash » offer, which is not what it looks like when you first read about it. That looked like a good promotion, until I tried to use it and failed owing to the conditions and fine print. I then contacted customer support, which was also a poor experience - not because they denied my request, that was logical owing to the conditions and fine print that came with the misleading promotion - but because I had to re-initiate the request twice because the first two staff did not wait more than 1-2 minutes for me to write a message and closed the case before I was done writing. And the staff who ended up taking care of my request was not courteous at all.
