Beware
Hard Rock Bet is refusing to allow me to withdraw my deposited money. I have withdrawn before but now they want statement information from my Venmo. I refused to disclose that information and now they have disabled my ability to bet my money as well. There was no problem depositing the money from my Venmo and withdrawing before, which I had done successfully. They have also disabled my ability to withdraw my money through my debit card. Mind you this is not money I won or bet. Solely money I deposited and wish to withdraw. When contacting support they make you go in AI answered circles until you give up. At this point I’ve lost all interest in the site unfortunately and will just delete the app, leaving my money to remain locked in the account. The platform seemed fun, though this experience was far from it.

Welcome offer trouble but in the end ok
I never recieved my welcome bonus bets which happened due a to a glitch in their system. Talked to many customer support agents and they promised it would arrive and it never did and then another agent said I could not get it. Had to talk to customer support many times but it was resolved in the end. Took time but they corrected the mistake.

SCAM APP They steal your money
I had no issues signing up and I got lucky on my first bet. However once I tried to withdraw it suddenly there were many security checks on the withdrawl. I have gone through 4 of these and they have found some excuse each time. Now Ive been completely ghosted. They have been holding my $300 hostage for a month now. Ive conacted the illinois gaming commission and my lawyer. This is such a headache. Avoid this app at all costs.

Great fun but bad customer service
I love this app. My only complaint I would have is that the app shut down on me twice during winning bonus rounds. When I submitted this complaint for a resolution, I have received tons of standard emails back but no solution or compensation for my losses. That is very frustrating.
