Glitch and too many maintenance
No payout when purchasing both teams. The money shows it went through as it removes the amount. I only receive the losing team deduction but not the winning teams payouts. You can call it a scam or bug in their system. They said it was normal and works fine. I didn't bet much but I did let them know they had a scripting error but they ignored it. Be aware of the bets that don't pay.

Hands down the best customer support out there. I actually jumped ship from Kalshi after they totally dropped the ball and left me hanging. George from the team literally called me directly and sorted out my funding issue in minutes. It's so rare to get a real person on the line who actually listens to feedback and cares.

A Solid App But Needs Work
The app has some issues including but not limited to loading issues, especially during busy periods, when you place limit orders your balance does not account for active unfilled orders. The website does not allow for Apple sign in. I created my account via the app through Apple and used the Hide My Email feature. Because of this I cannot sign into my account through web interface. Other than that, the app is very simple, very pretty and relatively smooth.

Good straightforward betting
I enjoy this app. You can trade sports instead of full sending and being locked into a bet. Buy low sell high on sports is a game changer. My only gripes are there's no parlays or combos and also people just spam the chats and reporting them and/or muting them does absolutely nothing. This should be resolved makes the app look cheap and cheesy people have thousands of dollars on here
