Joke of a Company
The app is great when you first download it. It’s fairly easy to use and gives you lots of different sports to bet on. The issue comes when you’ve been playing a decent amount and start making money. Once you make some money your account gets flagged and then you can’t place bets for more than $5. I am not sure as to why they think this is a good business move as you will be losing users. Until they fix this, I wouldn’t even bother using the app.

Discounted picks
Great for betting, just think they need to stop baiting ppl with discounted picks such as stars, and tacos, the last like 4 discounted picks I have played have all missed. If your going to push discounted picks make them truly DISCOUNTED picks, not picks that hit the last 20 games but some how magically misses when u discount it.

Verify loop
I use to love this app. I’ll win and be able to withdraw and they have cool promos and stuff. But one day it didn’t let me withdraw and I’ve been in a verify loop since. I tell them my issue and all they do is make me verify my id and still ain’t able to take out my winnings. Customer service don’t listen and I’ve been stuck on a loop doing the same thing. I’m just going take the L and delete this app.

Restrictions Not Clearly Communicated
1 star. I signed up through a referral link that stated: “Use my personal link to get $50 in lineups after playing your first lineup.” As a new user, I reasonably believed I would receive the advertised bonus after completing my first lineup. After signing up, depositing money, and playing my first lineup, I was told by customer support that New Jersey users are not eligible for the promotion because Player Picks is unavailable in my state. My issue is not the money—it’s that this restriction was not clearly communicated in the referral message that convinced me to sign up. If a promotion does not apply in certain states, that should be made obvious before a user creates an account and deposits funds. At minimum, the referral message should clearly state that eligibility varies by state and direct users to review the restrictions before signing up. The support team was polite, but the overall experience left me feeling misled and disappointed.
